The Investing for BEGINNERS Podcast - These guys have a different investing philosophy when I do.  Not sure what I think of them yet.  It is good to keep an open mind.
ChooseFI - Amazing podcast once you start you can't stop.

Books/Audiobooks
Read the Bogleheads' Guide to Investing then A Beginner's Guide to Investing.  This will give you a I GET IT moment.  Then go back and reread parts of the Bogleheads' Guide to Investing it, like asset allocation. Everything will make sense and give you the tool to decide what kind of investor you want to be.  

The Bogleheads' Guide to Investing - Great book tough to get through the first time. This book helps understand basics of financing like Bond, Assets, IRAs, etc..

A Beginner's Guide to Investing: How to Grow Your Money the Smart and Easy Way - This book compliments the bogleheads' Guide to Investing very well.

The Little Book of Common Sense Investing - Quick read that re-emphasizes index fund investing


Common Sense on Mutual Funds - good audio book gives a good background on mutual funds
